Overview

Wækwì Kikhvèijĭ Birěkhka was founded durring the late 14th century in winter of the year 1282, by Tresî Sheg̈mege. The establishment of Wækwì Kikhvèijĭ Birěkhka was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Tresî Sheg̈mege struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Wækwì Kikhvèijĭ Birěkhka as a prison colony.

Wækwì Kikhvèijĭ Birěkhka was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wækwì Kikhvèijĭ Birěkhka is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Wækwì Kikhvèijĭ Birěkhka is is constructed arround a series of crampt cobblestone mainstreets which form concentric circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to each other at varrious points. The town rests behind a thick wall made from clay bricks. The wall has all of the proper fortifications and is well made. Unfortuantly the nature of clay brick leaves it quite vulnerable to siege equipment, though the thickness of the wall lends it simmilar resistnace to a thinner hardrock wall. The millitarily questionable fortifications has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.

A look around Wækwì Kikhvèijĭ Birěkhka gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring just long enough for it to be uncomfortable. This all rests atop the unmistakable impression the town is one of the strictest places imaginable. Everyone’s actions are clearly directed by laws they keep in heart and mind at all times. Orderly byond order is a phrase which Wækwì Kikhvèijĭ Birěkhka brings to mind.
